DELIVERANCE & MINISTRY TRAINING
Rapha Deliverance University of Practical Ministry was dedicated in Phoenix, Arizona in 2009 after twelve years of conferences and special events taught by Bishop Dr. Jackie L. Green (West Coast Chancellor and visionary founder), and Apostle Ivory Hopkins (East Coast Chancellor). These ministry teachers of deliverance and prayer unified to release “balanced deliverance” across the nation.
MINISTRY COVERING FOR RDU
RDU is apart of Jackie Green Ministries-Enternational Prayer Life Institute. JGM is not a church, but an international network and resource center that has been commissioned by the Lord Jesus Christ, to do an end time apostolic and prophetic work through prayer, intercession and spiritual warfare!
SATELLITE TRAINING
The birthing of RDU involves several stages. In the first twelve years RDU Satellites in the USA and Malawi, Africa were birthed. An RDU Satellite is a church, home cell Bible Study, ministry, school or Christian organization that is certified by RDU to house and teach, promote and hold regular courses/events on site. Since 2009 RDU Satellites are in twenty sites and growing.
RDU ONLINE COURSES & SPECIALIZED DEGREES
RDU is in phase two of development. In this second phase we are expanding the University in Satellites and making our degree programs available online. We will also provide specialized degrees in specific areas of ministry (i.e. prayer, deliverance, the arts, five fold ministry, etc.). RDU is not a traditional learning institution and presently is not accredited. However, we will be pursuing accreditation in the near future, and is establishing accountability for academic excellence.

- Mature, empower and equip pastors, leaders, churches and marketplace Christians in the flow of the five fold ministry of Christ (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers)
- Teach, train, license, ordain and send leaders abroad to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ
- Build international networks with other colleges, universities and ministries for Kingdom growth
RDU Versus Traditional Schools
Heal & Learn
- Full time Students 30 Credits a year
- Students take courses that are ineffective for practical ministry
- Life Experience in ministry not credit worthy
- Tuition can range from $250 per credit unit and above to $15,000 yearly
- Student graduate with debt for educational degrees in the thousands of dollars
- The power of God is talked about but demonstration in the miraculous, deliverance and healing is discouraged
RDU Versus Nontraditional Schools

- Full time Students 36 credits a year
- All the courses are relevant for practical ministry in any field
- Life experience credits can be applied
- Pay only $50.00 per undergraduate courses, $80.00 per graduate course and $100 per doctoral course (3 credit units)
- RDU seeks to guide students to walk by faith and integrity and come out with a degree debt free
- RDU seeks to expose students and demonstrate the power of God through the ministry of Jesus Christ
- Fresh new curriculum and fresh revelation written for cutting edge ministry
- Students will not finish their degree in debt. Courses are very manageable financially
Kingdom Accreditation
Accreditation Defined
Accreditation is essentially a statement of approval. It is a voluntary submission to high academic quality, accurate recording keeping and ethical policies and practices. We believe that our university is a Kingdom of God University already accredited by the Kingdom of Heaven.
We are also willing to be accountable and approved by those who are known for academic excellence, and can help us build an effective and excellent higher learning institution to equip ministers and ministries of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Acceleration Process
- RDU has chosen not to seek traditional or governmental school accreditation because we believe we should not allow secular institutions to dictate the qualifications for instructors or the programs for a Spirit-filled ministerial degree.
- For this reason, RDU is in process and has chosen to be accredited through Accrediting Commission International. As an independent accrediting agency, ACI helps the religious world obtain accreditation that is not government affiliated. The form of ministry accreditation provided by ACI is recognized by most churches, ministry institutions, and ministry organizations. All ACI member institutions around the world accept credits from other member schools if the credits apply to their programs.
- ACI is an internationally known, non-profit, church educational organization. They handle the accreditation of Christian theological seminaries, universities, and colleges throughout the world, providing supervision for almost 300 schools in 8 countries and in 38 states of the USA.
- RDU is presently in the application process. RDU offers academic programs that are specifically designed to equip students who feel the call of God on their lives, and who wish to build a ministerial career or to further their specialization in Deliverance and Healing.
- The articulation and acceptance of our credits or degrees by other institutions, including employers, must be determined by the respective institutions.
