I am honored God chose me to birth RDU. It has been a blessed journey that unfolds one day at a time, one conference at a time and even one faith walk at a time! RAPHA is the Hebrew word for the verb "rapa" which means to heal, make healthy, restore and is one of the names used to describe God.
Rapha encompasses:
- healing of the infirm person (Jeremiah 17:14)
- the restoration of a nation (Isaiah 6:10, Hosea 6:1)
- healing sicknesses (Deuteronomy 28:27)
- wounds (2 Kings 8:29) to faithlessness (Jeremiah 3:22
We thank God that you have been led by the Holy Spirit to consider RDU as the school to transform your life and align you all the more with your calling and destiny. We are committed to academic excellence and equipping many generations by the Spirit of the Lord to take “balanced” deliverance and healing to their generation. It is our prayer to carry out the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ with no short cuts.

As a spiritual midwife and pioneer for those stuck in "tradition," she preaches a fearless Gospel, prays no nonsense and like a modern day Harriet Tubman she has a national underground Spirit-filled railroad to set the captives from the kingdoms of darkness."
She is founder and Presiding Prelate over JGM Enternational Prayer Life Institute, Founder and Co-Chancellor of Rapha Deliverance University of Practical Ministry with Dr. Ivory Hopkins, Co Chancellor Emeritus, East Coast, and Founder and Prayer Commander of Watchdogs in the Kingdom and oversees the NTCCM (New Testament Council of Churches and Ministries, USA and Africa).
Bishop Green was licensed at the Second Baptist Church In Redlands, CA by Pastor Anthony Green, and ordained by the American Baptist Churches of the Pacific Southwest. She was set publicly as an apostle in 2002 and set into the Bishopric in 2006 by Archbishop Mark Dubois of Judah International, Mackinaw, IL.
Bishop Green released her autobiography (life story) in 2022, "Hidden on Purpose for His Purpose." She is married to Pastor Anthony Green, Senior Pastor of The Village SBC in Redlands, CA serving as Executive Pastor celebrating 50 years of team ministry and 50 years of marriage this year with four adult children, 16 grandchildren and many spiritual sons and daughters.

Apostle Therman Hopkins Bio
Apostle Therman Hopkins, is an Apostle of Deliverance, author. territorial warrior, apostolic teacher and native of Delaware with a unique upbringing. His own deliverance testimony, coming out of being a drug dealer and miraculous delivered by his spiritual Fathers Ivory Hopkins and Apostle Levin Bailey also qualifies him for this new mandate at RDU. After his encounter with the Lord, he continues to be mentored by nationally renown Apostle Ivory Hopkins. He is also a spiritual son of Bishop Dr. Jackie L. Green meeting her in 2009 and identifying her as his spiritual mother.
As the recently appointed East Coast Chancellor of RDU and a founding Board member of RDU, he brings his vision for the next launching of RDU in the nation. He developed a love for deliverance ministry while under Apostle Ivory Hopkins serving at the Pilgrims Ministry of Deliverance as armorbearer for him and a church Elder.
Apostle Therman believes God has called him to bring churches to embrace the vision of the Lord for RDU and incorporate RDU curriculum into their churches and ministries. Apostle Therman’s passion is to see “people get free and get the Word out to his region and beyond.” With this vision comes warfare, mentally, physically, writers block and witchcraft assignments against deliverance ministry, because certain topics carry greater warfare. “That’s why we need RDU!”
He is a former military man and is a preacher of the Gospel, professional background in security systems and is the founder of God’s House of Deliverance of Millboro, Delaware. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Rapha Deliverance University, and has headed an RDU Satellite for the past seven years at two locations. He is married to the lovely Rosalind Hopkins for over 25 years, and loves being a parent, grandparent and spiritual father.
